For over 20 years, I have been setting-up turnkey hospitals and working as a hospital director. We offer medical consultancy to health care institutions in the following areas; designing architectural projects, making the hospital fully operational, ensuring the hospital is designed in accordance with the regional and international standards and regulations, preparing organizational schemas, workflow charts, all management procedures and other processes related to hospital management. So far, I managed, directed and provided consultancy to over 40 national and international projects. I have been managing and supervising all processes for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) hospital projects in Turkey. As a company, we provide national and international services in bioinformatics and it services, defense industry and facility security.

Å eibokaitÄ— Laura, PhD in Social Sciences, Psychology, currently works as Associate Professor in Psychology Department of Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania. She teaches Developmental Psychology, Research Methods, and Group Theory and Practice for Bachelor level students at university, Advanced Topics of Research Methodology in Psychology for Master level students. Her research interests are issues and difficulties of adolescence, problem behaviour in adolescence and adulthood (risky driving, substance use, aggressive behaviour, suicidal behaviour, etc.), risk taking behaviour in applied fields of psychology. She defended her PhD thesis on changes of risk taking behaviour through the adolescence more than 10 years ago. Since then together with colleagues she published more than 20 scientific articles and two books. Scholar actively participates in many national and international research projects. She is an active member of CADROSA (Consortium of Adolescent Road Safety) and TPI (Traffic Psychology International). She serves as Co-Editor of peer-reviewed journal International Journal of Psychology: A Biopsychosocial Approach. Presently, Stelina is the Professor, Ph.D. at the Hyperion University of Bucharest, Head of Psychology Department, where she teach Psychotherapy and Psychology of addiction. She is also certified psychotherapist in cognitive-behavioral therapy and clinician psychologist. She have a Ph.D. in psychology obtained from the University of Bucharest, with the thesis: Pathological gambling; model of cognitive-behavioral therapy. She supervise master degree dissertations and she is the member of Scientific Board of the Romanian Journal of Experimental Applied Psychology, Gavin Journal of Addiction Research and Therapy and The Psychologies Studies Review of the Hyperion University of Bucharest.

Sam Vaknin is Visiting Professor of Psychology, Southern Federal University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Professor of Finance and Psychology in CIAPS (Centre for International Advanced and Professional Studies). Sam Vaknin is the author of Malignant Self-love: Narcissism Revisited and other books about personality disorders. His work is cited in hundreds of books and dozens of academic papers. He spent the past 6 years developing Cold Therapy: a treatment modality for Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). Over the years, with dozens of volunteers, he found that it was effective with clients suffering from a major depressive episode as well.

Faculty member and professor of applied psychology (psychotherapy) at the Moscow’s HSE-university (since 2004), at Vienna’s Sigmund Freud University (2011) and Docent at the psychological department of the University of Klagenfurt, Austria (since 2006). Founder of the stately approved training school of Existential-Analytical Psychotherapy. Vice President of the International Federation of Psychotherapy (IFP 2002 - 2010) and President of the International Society for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, Vienna. 5 honorary professorships in medicine and psychology.
